For product exchanges, the shipping costs to and from our office are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot exchange items lost in transit.

-    Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt
-    Item must be unworn and in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact
-    Applicable for full price items 
-    Item was purchased from Summertide’s official store (Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, summertideswim.com)
-    This form must be included in the parcel to be returned
-    You do not need to file a complaint or an exchange request through the marketplace from which you shopped; it’s easier for us to take good care of you directly
